We believe the work begins by coming home to yourself. By understanding the particular lens through which you see the world, shaped by your family system and your own lived experience, you create greater capacity to see what exists beyond you. From there, awareness can move outward: from self, to family, to community, to the collective, and ultimately to source. Like a stone dropped into water, the work begins in one place, but its ripples can reach far beyond us.
